When will this home be complete?

23 Winter St is nearing completion and should be ready for a delivery by mid February 2026.

Can I make any selections?

The builder worked with a home decorator for the interior selections of this new home. All you have to do is unpack.

Does this come with a home warranty?

Yes all of their new builds come with a one year limited home warranty that can be reviewed with the purchase and sale agreement.

Does this home have natural gas?

No. The property is serviced with propane gas. There is a lease agreement with the propane company, Medway Oil and Propane which can be reviewed with the purchase and sale agreement.

Are there more homes to be built?

The only home currently available is 23 Winter St. Delivery Date expected Winter 2026.

Will the builder finish the basement?

Currently there are no plans to finish the lower level. However, the basement is plumbed for a full bath if the new owner finishes this space in the future.
